We had an absolutely wonderful experience tonight at Mark Best Restaurant. The service was impeccable a special thank you to Alex for his professionalism and attention to detail. Every cut of meat was perfectly cooked, and the desserts were the perfect way to finish the meal. We will definitely be back. 🫰🏽❤️

I had a wonderful time. Just wanted to highlight that the staffs- especially Katie and Nana made the night memorable. I really appreciate that Katie made me feel welcomed. The warm hospitality given by the staff truly made the dinner and birthday celebration amazing. Overall, I would rate this establishment worth visiting. The food had the right amount of gastronomy, thought and simplicity. It was a balancing act executed well. The temperance drinks were lovely; really enjoyed the mocktails as they incorporated Australian native herbs. What’s not to love?! Dining with the best view in Sydney, truly a blessing! (Albeit we could not catch a nice view of the Sydney Opera House. Just a wee bit.) Please keep up the good work, everyone. :) Highly recommend this place if you are into fine dining.

We celebrated our 10-year anniversary at this beautiful restaurant, and the experience was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional, but a special thank you must go to Alex, who went above and beyond to make our evening feel so special. Alex was attentive, warm, professional, and genuinely caring — his thoughtfulness and attention to detail made all the difference. We felt so well looked after and truly celebrated. The atmosphere, service, and overall experience were outstanding, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to mark such a meaningful milestone. Highly recommend this restaurant for any special occasion — and if you’re lucky enough to be looked after by Alex, you’re in the best hands! ✨

My friend and I love to try different dining experiences and Infinity did not disappoint! Of course the rotating view of Sydney is spectacular, especially at sunset and as the lights of the city come on. The food was absolutely delicious - visually gorgeous and exciting to eat! We tried the special oyster with a chef crafted edible shell, which was amazing… and my food highlights were the spice and bite of the scallops, the bread and cultured butter surprisingly!, the hand cut chips, the Snowy River trout and the blood orange sorbet with sherbet… def recommend going with a friend and sharing dishes! Alexander was an amazing host, knew each dish so well and helped us understand the menu so we could choose, and was perfectly attentive and helpful. I would definitely try Infinity again, especially as the new season menu is able to be available!

Amazing dining experience Infinity is on the 81st floor of the Sydney tower and the table has a spinning platform that does a lap every 77 minutes. Our 5:30 pm table had perfect position to see the sunset The grilled sea foam oysters were a stand out. They had a deliciously creamy texture with some sour taste as well. I had never seen anything like it and I loved it. Entree was amazing - blue fin tuna on top of faux gras, tasted fresh with some crunch The roast lamb main was mouth watering - chunky fat layer on top which melted nicely in the mouth The chocolate ganache - rich dark chocolate flavour, was beautiful The staff were all very friendly and very welcoming. Unlike a lot of other fine dining places where only one person sees you throughout the night, there were multiple people looking after our table and we got to know all of them a little bit throughout the night. We spent plenty of time talking to the sommelier and he helped us make some good decisions with our wine choices. Incredible meal and an even better experience! Would highly recommend

We have been twice for our anniversary and it has been the best experience. The view is spectacular, the service is incredible the staff made our day so special and the food is unforgettable. My absolute favourite restaurant.

Dining at Infinity is an exceptional experience. The service was outstanding. Special mention to Mattia, the sommelier whose advice was spot on. The wine and drinks he suggested were perfect for our meal. Juli also offered suggestions of wine to pair with our meals which were perfect. Sandro’s welcome began this amazing night. Our meal had interesting and tasty dishes. The setting was perfect and I can’t speak highly enough of the service from Mattia, Juli and Sandro.

The relatively new restaurant in Sydney Tower did not disappoint. Went up the elevator and got out to be warmly greeted by Katie who seated us at a nice table with an excellent view of the city. Sandro was the consummate professional, explained all the dishes in great detail with a smile. The service from Sandro was excellent, that alone is worth a return visit. Food was expectedly very good. The snacks included oysters, a special that looked like an oyster that had complex flavours, and potato fritters. The sourdough was great as well. The calamari entree is worth the order. The Murray cod was delicate and perfectly seasoned. Desserts were decadent particularly the sweet wine custard. Excellent food and service with a view.

We celebrated my milestone birthday at the highest point in Sydney’s CBD, Infinity by Mark Best at Centrepoint Tower. We first saw Mark compete on Final Table against international chefs and loved his creativity, so we were excited to finally try his food. It did not disappoint. Every dish was executed to a high calibre, celebrating fine Australian produce with Mark’s signature twist. We couldn’t fault a single plate. I especially loved the squid risotto and the duck served with a beautiful plum sauce. The desserts were exceptional too, especially the passionfruit curd and sorbet paired with the additional celebration cake we ordered. We were well looked after by Marten, a seasoned waiter who was charming and attentive. As a rotating restaurant, every table is the best table, and the city views are truly one of a kind. As a bonus, we even bumped into the mastermind himself, Mark Best, just as we were heading to the elevator. He was so lovely and took photos with us, which made the day even more special.

The whole experience was amazing, the view, the food and the staff. I came with my husband for Valentine's day/our wedding anniversary. We loved the rose we were given as part of the Valentine's promotion as well. All the staff are super knowledgeable and can answer any questions you might have. We were looked after by Marten who was so lovely and he was kind enough to take some nice photos for us as well. The food was so fine, fresh and tasty. We will always remember coming here and hope to do it again soon. Thanks for making our day special.
